Parcel 104...A bit of history
Parcel 104 is a collaborative venture of renowned chefs, Bradley Ogden and Robert Sapirman. The American-themed menu celebrates seasonal delights and showcases the finest efforts of local growers, ranches and dairies.
Parcel 104 is aptly named after the original lot number on which it sits; a once thriving Bartlett Pear Orchid operated in the late 1800s. Marking its 5th anniversary in 2006, Parcel 104 is known for its daily-changing menu based on what is in season that very morning. Chef Sapirman and his staff create contemporary and creative dishes that celebrate American favorites.
Parcel 104 is also home to seven professionally trained sommeliers and has created an extensive list of 550 wine selections to complement the regional American menu. The wine list was honored with the Best of Excellence Award in 2006 from Wine Spectator Magazine. A custom wine cellar showcases the impressive selections and Parcel 104's sommeliers strive to demystify wine for their customers, from the most savvy to the novice.
Understated and elegant, Parcel 104 was designed by Engstrom Design Group as a contemporary American expression. Rich hues and luxurious materials are accented with dramatic lighting that transforms the mood for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Three private dining rooms are available, including a chef's table for 12 guests and a soundproof room for 40 with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. The rooms are beautifully accommodating for romantic encounters, business, lunches and private events.
