On March 16, 2011, the Parcel 104 culinary team and Chef Bradley Ogden had the honor of preparing and serving a delicious dinner to former president Bill Clinton. The event took place in Atherton at the private home of Chris Kelly, who ran for Attorney General in 2010.
The food was met with rave reviews by the former President, along with the founder of Facebook, Chris Kelly and numerous other distinguished guests. Chef Jonathan Hall, Chef Carlos Sanchez and Chef Bradley Ogden, along with his son Chef Bryan Ogden, Chef Todd Williams (Assistant Executive Chef at Caesar's Palace) and Chef Brian Ridgeway (Executive Sous Chef at Root 246) prepared a spectacular canape course, with four more oustanding courses to follow. The Chef's ended the night on a high note when President Clinton came to personally greet and shake hands with all of them.
Congratulations, Parcel culinary team - what a phenomenal honor to cook for the former President of the United States.
